From 2026 I am delighted to be offering classes for those I don’t work with in one-to-one sessions, to maintain therapeutic boundaries.
Initially there are 2 classes each week : -
Tuesday 7.30 am
For the early risers who like to move and breathe together to start the day - maybe before work?
Thursday 10.30 am
Some mindful morning movement to ease through the day.
The practice we will share is a gentle way to bring mindful awareness to how things are feeling in body and mind, and to take some time out of our busy lives to tune in and tend to ourselves with compassion.
The classes will be accessible for all levels of yoga experience.
From time to time, I will also be offering specific courses or workshops.
