Small yoga classes

From 2026 I will be offering classes to those I don’t work with in one-to-one sessions, to maintain therapeutic boundaries.

The practice we will share is a gentle way to bring mindful awareness to how things are feeling in body and mind, and to take some time out of our busy lives to tune in and tend to ourselves with compassion.

The classes will be accessible for all levels of yoga experience, although I also run a 6-week beginners yoga course, if you would like to try this first.

From time to time, I will also be offering specific courses or workshops.
