In the first instance it is usually helpful to speak on the phone. Drop me an email or complete the contact form, explaining what you are looking for and we can arrange a time to talk.

If we feel it would then be good to arrange an initial assessment session, this will usually be at The Karuna Pod on The High Street in Tunbridge Wells, or alternatively I can offer sessions over zoom. This first meeting will last for 90 minutes and will allow us both to get to know one another a bit and see if we feel we could work well together.

If we decide to do ongoing work together these subsequent sessions are for 50 minutes and will be at a fixed time each week.

I usually work in an open-ended way, but sometimes it might feel appropriate to arrange a block of time limited work.
